A PE fund needed to evaluate a complex SaaS acquisition with multi-currency revenue streams and non-standard churn metrics. Built a comprehensive three-statement model with scenario analysis, incorporating ARR bridge, cohort-based churn projections, and sensitivity tables across 12 variables.
Portfolio Company Reporting Suite
